Pricing questions
What teams ask before picking a plan.
Can we change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and capacity refreshes immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do unused interview minutes roll over?
Standard plans don’t roll over. Enterprise contracts can include rollover or banked minutes as part of the agreement.
What happens if we hit a limit?
We’ll alert you before you hit a hard cap. You can buy a top-up bundle for the current cycle or upgrade to the next plan.
Are there annual discounts?
Yes. Annual billing on Starter and Professional saves about 15%. Enterprise pricing is bespoke based on volume and term length.
What payment methods are supported?
Card payments via Paystack (Naira) for monthly plans. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice and bank transfer.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?
Starter and Professional include a 14-day trial. No card needed to start the Free plan.
Do you offer custom enterprise deployments?
Yes. Enterprise includes SSO, dedicated environments, custom AI training, integration support, and a named CSM.
How is candidate data handled?
All data is processed in line with NDPR. You set retention windows; transcripts and recordings are deleted on schedule.
