- The criteria it scored against
- The signals it found in the CV or transcript
- What was missing or low-confidence
Why this matters beyond compliance
Recruiters who can see why a score is high or low calibrate faster, override better, and trust the tool more over time. Black boxes erode trust on the first surprise.
