Running interviews on African networks

Audio-first, video-best-effort

We prioritize audio quality over video resolution. When bandwidth dips below a threshold, video downgrades or pauses; audio stays. Candidates and recruiters can keep talking through dips that would kill a normal call.

Resume, don’t restart

Sessions check-point every ten seconds. If a tab refreshes or the network drops, you rejoin to the same question with the same scoring context.
